Notwithstanding anything else written in this Code, such donation or box may be revoked in the following cases:-
(a) In case of donation or gift of property belonging to another person,
(b) If according to the law the consent of another person should be obtained, if any property is donated or given without the consent of such person,
(c) If a disabled or semi-disabled person donates or bequeaths any property,
(d) Donating property or giving money without complying with the law.
(2) According to clause (b) of sub-section (1), in the case where the consent of another person is to be obtained, the property will be forfeited to the extent that the consent is not obtained.
